In the event that your order, or a part of it, is missing, incomplete, faulty or damaged your first step should be to contact our Customer Service team as soon possible (within 48 hours of receipt) by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us what has happened and if possible enclosed a photo of any damage or breakages. We will then advise you of the next step for your specific situation.
We are unable to process claims for missing, incomplete or damaged items beyond 48 hours of receipt.
DO NOT RETURN any item before contacting us.
If your order has not arrived in the time-scale you expected, you can check its status online. You can do this by logging into your account, and checking the order status.
If your order has been despatched but hasn`t arrived within the expected time period, please contact us as above.
If you`ve ordered more than one item on your order, please bear in mind that products may be sent out from multiple locations and so may arrive separately. However, if this is not the case and you haven`t received the entire order as detailed in the order confirmation email sent to you, please contact us.
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase but should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. Returns must be made within seven working days of delivery and in original, undamaged packaging.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 100% of the original selling price from the refund amount dependant on return condition.

Please Note: The i like chickens company became part of Flyte so Fancy Ltd on 3rd April 2013. The i like chickens company was purchased 'unencumbered', therefore Flyte so Fancy can take no responsibility for warranties applicable or purchases made before that date. However, as new owners wishing to assist customers of their new business in every way, we will do all we can to advise past customers in order to resolve any issues pertaining to purchases made prior to that date.
We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us.
Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we`ll be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it`s in fully resaleable condition. Returns should be made within 7 days of receipt and in original, undamaged packaging.* Please see below for exceptions to this policy.

Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase. Refunds to a card other than the original can only be processed under the following circumstances:
The original account no longer exists
The original account details have expired
Products we`re unable to refund or exchange
We’re unable to offer a refund or exchange on personalised, made-to measure/order or perishable goods (such as food or plants) unless they’re faulty. *
For reasons of hygiene, safety and copyright, we cannot refund or exchange the following products unless they`re faulty:
Hosiery, under garments or garments of a personal nature
Personal grooming products, cosmetics, pierced jewellery
CD, DVD, tapes, software, videos or other recording media, if seal is broken
If we have asked you to return an item when it is faulty or damaged we`ll refund any postage charges you pay.
Cancellation of made-to-order products
Should you wish to cancel your made-to-order or made-to-measure product for any reason, it`s unlikely that we could sell it to another customer. We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the full selling price. In respect of these products our usual refund policy does not apply, and products cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.*
