What is this club of yours ?

It's our way of saying "Thank you" to our most loyal customers.  It's FREE to join, and available to every customer.

How does it work ?

As you spend in our store, we'll keep a tally on your account.  Every time you accumulate a spend of £250, we'll automatically email you a money off voucher to use on your next purchase.

So it's like Money-Back ?

In essence, yes, you can use your vouchers against any future purchase in our store.  Simply select the appropriate option at the checkout.  

Your vouchers can be used against the value of purchases, one at a time, or as multiples.  Whichever way you use them, you're guaranteed to save money!

Sounds great!  How do I join ?

We can either enrol you automatically at the checkout (by default it's set to enrol you), or you can sign up now by Registering HERE.

I've already purchased from you, am I a member ?

Yes, in most likelihood you will already be a member if you have purchased from us before.  But to check, simply Login to your account, and check Your Details page.  You'll be able to see on that page whether or not you are opted IN or OUT of the Loyalty Club.

I don't want your money, can I leave ?

Of course, we'd never ask anyone to accept something they don't want.  Simply Login to your account, and deselect the appropriate option on the Your Details page of your account.

I've shown you loads of loyalty, where's my vouchers ?

It may take up to 30 days before your vouchers are issued.  This allows for any returns or adjustments to be processed.  Rest assured you'll be emailed your vouchers as soon as they are ready.  You can always contact us if you are in any doubt, and we'll check them for you. 

I've spend £249, do I get a voucher ?

You will do next time you spend a single pound!  You will receive one Loyalty Voucher for every £250 you spend.
