Gift Vouchers Information
- Our gift vouchers are sent electronically on the date you specify to the email address given.
- Payment for the gift voucher will be charged on purchase not on the date of issue.
- ilikechickens gift vouchers can only be exchanged for goods online at our store www.ilikechickens.co.uk
- Gift vouchers may not be exchanged for cash.
- If the goods purchased online total less than the value of the gift voucher, any balance will be credited and may be redeemed against subsequent orders.
- Gift vouchers may not be used to discharge indebtedness, nor may they be used for the purchase either directly or indirectly of any financial product or service, including ilikechickens gift vouchers.
- When redeeming gift vouchers online or over the telephone you will be required to give the serial number of the voucher. If the serial number has already been used for shopping online the voucher will be void.
- Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue.
- If you have to return goods you have purchased online using gift voucher/s, then in most instances we will issue you a credit voucher against further purchases at www.ilikechickens.co.uk
- Your statutory rights are not affected by any of our terms & conditions.
