About Delivery

We operate a Fair Postal Cost delivery scheme. This means our delivery prices are individual calculated for each customer based on the service required, delivery address & weight of the order.

In order to ensure the cheapest possible options, we calculate the specific delivery cost using prices from a variety of postal companies, including Royal Mail and independent couriers.

Depending on the value of your order, the service required, the delivery area and weight, we will offer you the most economical postal options at the checkout.

Using a variety of postal services and weight based charges we can ensure that you pay the least amount for your specific order, but have the greatest number of choices with regard to delivery; and maybe most importantly you aren’t penalised for small orders (unlike flat-rate charging schemes).

Quick Delivery Cost Estimate

To find out how much delivery will cost for your purchase, simply add products to your basket, and then visit the checkout. From there you will be given a delivery cost based on the location, weight and service you require.

Delivery Services

Standard Delivery

Our Standard Delivery times in the UK are usually within 1-3 working day of dispatch. The charge for this service starts from £3.95 and increases with the weight of your order.  

Express Delivery

Our Express Delivery service is for those items you simply must have next working day.  Orders must be received by 1pm (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays) in order to ensure you receive your items within 1 working day.  At present this option is only offered to mainland UK destinations.

European Delivery

We offer dispatch to a number of European countries including: 

• Republic of Ireland
• France
• Germany
• Brussels
• Luxembourg
• Netherlands
• Denmark

Our Standard Delivery times to European destinations are usually within 2-4 working days of dispatch.

If your country is not listed, or you have a specific time scale you need you order delivered in, please contact us prior to placing an order and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.

International Delivery

At present we are not able to offer any international shipping options.  We are continually reviewing this position, so please do check back in future.

Lastly

We endeavour to dispatch all orders received by 1pm the same day, Monday to Friday (excluding Weekend & Bank Holidays).  In most cases delivery times in the UK are within 1-3 working days of dispatch, but may on occasion take up to 4 working days.

Delivery usually occurs Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am-5.30pm.

Products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately, but you won`t incur additional delivery charges as a result.

On rare occasions, some items may be delivered outside the published timed windows.

We will attempt to consolidate deliveries into as few as possible if items are not available or due to stock shortage.  In any event we will contact you to inform you of any changes or information which may affect delivery of your goods.
